1. CHOOSE A MATERIAL
We offer a wide variety of materials to choose from, such as wood, plastic, metal, glass, leather, and much more. When choosing a material, consider the location and application to make sure the most appropriate one is selected.

2. CHOOSE A DESIGN OR TEXT
Come up with your design for the item to be laser cut, engraved, or printed.

3. REQUEST A QUOTATION
Get in touch with us to request your detailed, no obligation quotation. Our pricing will be based upon the material and complexity of the design. You can contact us here.

4. PROVIDE THE ARTWORK
Once you are happy with our quotation, it is time to move on to design and production. You may have your own design or artwork in a vector format. If you do, simply email it to us. If you don’t, don’t worry, we have an in house design team who can create the custom design for you from your description, sketches etc.

5. APPROVE THE PROOF
Once the design is finalised we will send you over a proof to review. It is important that you review it carefully, to ensure it is exactly what you require.

6. PAY FOR YOUR ORDER
As you can imagine, everything we create is a custom item, so payment in advance before we begin manufacturing is required.

7. ORDER PRODUCTION
As soon as payment is received, your order will be scheduled and the cutting, engraving, or printing process will begin.

8. QUALITY CHECK AND DISPATCH
Quality is of the utmost importance to us. Our team will check the finished product to ensure it meets the specification, and is of the highest quality finish. Only then will is be packed and protected for delivery or collection, depending upon your preference.
