We were approached by an audio and lighting company to produce a large number of gaskets (200+ of one type and 800+ of another) for their products.

They provided a DXF file of the products and the 0.3mm thick AFM38 gasket material.

AFM38 is a soft gasket sheet composed of synthetic fibers and high-grade elastomers. It's an excellent foundation for seals to hold gases and liquids out.

When the material arrived we worked out the best fit so as to get the number of gaskets they required and put it through our laser cutter.
